Known for her TikTok account @isatanrodiah, Isa’s journey from nearly weighing 100 kilograms to now maintaining a healthy 54 kilograms has captured widespread attention. Her weight loss journey exceeded even her own expectations. Initially, Isa aimed to reach her ideal weight by the 2025 Eid al-Fitr celebrations, but she achieved it much sooner.

Isa’s primary motivation for losing weight stemmed from years of being the target of bullying. She often felt insecure due to constant teasing. Her family and neighbors even told her that her obesity was genetic and that she would never lose weight. Isa recalls harsh words such as “stranded whale,” “sitting elephant,” and “roast pig” being hurled at her regularly, both at school and at home. These insults became part of her daily experience, adding to her emotional struggles.

To transform her life, Isa made significant lifestyle changes over the course of a year. One of the key factors contributing to her success was her consistent exercise routine. She started her day by waking up at 6:30 AM to walk for 30 minutes. Isa attested that this simple yet consistent daily walk had a significant impact on her physical health and weight loss.

In addition to exercise, Isa incorporated intermittent fasting into her diet. After waking up, she would drink water and continue with a fasting routine until noon. Her first meal of the day was a moderate-sized lunch, followed by a fruit snack at around 1:00 PM. Isa made sure to stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water. She emphasized that consuming water, at least 2 liters daily, was a crucial part of her weight loss strategy.

Isa’s afternoon schedule also included a short nap, which she believed helped maintain a healthy metabolism. By 6:00 PM, she would have her second meal of the day, which consisted of a small portion of rice along with a generous amount of vegetables and protein. If she felt hungry later in the evening, Isa would opt for a fruit snack to curb her appetite.
