The Canadian singer officially released his seventh studio album titled SWAG on Thursday, July 10, 2025 (U.S. time). This release marks a special moment as it signals Bieber’s comeback after four years away from the industry.
Justin Bieber offered few hints leading up to the release. The album dropped unexpectedly just hours after he unveiled his new fashion line, SKYLRK, which features items like hoodies, tank tops, sandals, and sunglasses. However, the clothing line turned out to be just the beginning of a series of surprises from the pop star.

According to Billboard, Bieber teased fans on Instagram with black-and-white billboard displays in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and even Reykjavík, Iceland. In one photo, Bieber appears shirtless in front of his wife, Hailey Bieber. She is seen holding their son, Jack Blues, though the baby’s face is not shown.
The SWAG album contains 20 tracks and is said to revisit Bieber’s classic R&B roots, this time infused with more experimental production and instrumentation. He collaborated once again with frequent producers such as Harv, Carter Lang, and Eddie Benjamin.
Interestingly, close sources have revealed that SWAG is only the beginning. Bieber is reportedly working on an additional album that leans more into pop with a lighter tone. That project is expected to drop soon as part of his larger musical comeback.
Justin Bieber remains one of the most successful artists in Billboard chart history. He has placed 11 projects on the Billboard 200. Eight of them reached No. 1, including My World 2.0, Believe, Purpose, and Justice.
