Police reports stated that one of the stolen suitcases contained a critical hard drive filled with unreleased songs, stage production plans, and the complete setlist for the Cowboy Carter tour. In addition to that, a laptop, designer clothes, and a pair of Apple AirPods were also taken.
These items played a crucial role in preparing for the tour. The theft didn’t just take away property, it potentially disrupted the entire production process of the show.
Authorities responded swiftly. They utilized tracking data from the stolen laptop and AirPods to determine where the items were taken. Forensic investigators also discovered two faint fingerprints on the vehicle and are currently analyzing them for identification.
An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued, but the Atlanta Police Department has not yet disclosed the suspect’s name.
In response to the incident, Beyoncé shared her disappointment with the public.
